- Attached files in these formats, e. g.: PDF,DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, XML, HTML, PPT, DWG, JPG, PNG, BMP and other associated files with Microsoft Windows® to any entry in the system.
- All changes and data editing is logged in. All files are locked, protected during data editing.
- New versions can be automatically created after the data editing.
- There is a possibility to attach product documentation, technical drawings, work procedures, diagrams, photos and e. g. internet links of suppliers. DMS is set according access rights and allows simultaneous access by multiple users.
- All files are saved to predefined location (File Stream database) on our server, in compressed form without any possibility of direct access.
- Folders can be attached, too, e. g. for PLC program files archiving.
- Kiosek is able to open PDF and JPG, PNG, BMP files.
- Mobile devices are able to open Office files, PDF, photos and videos (it depends on used platform and installed applications).
- DMS is able to generate documents from templates automatically to related groups and versions, including database fields merging in MS Word.
- Signatures can be defined to all templates and it is also possible to sign all workflow steps of maintenance processes.
